GRAMMYS!
Standing on the stage before the wall dropped in front of me at the
Grammys was so surreal..my heart was beating so fast and I said to
myself just have fun and jam out and dont think about how many people
are watching! That was a cool thought until i looked at the front row
and saw Nicole Kidman and some of rock royalty..and then it was like
yep im playing at the GRAMMYS! A dream come true...I had a lot of fun
jamming out with Carrie and her band. It was so nice of her to invite
me up there!
Earlier in the day I watched Kanye West soundcheck,
Sugarland, Katy Perry and radiohead and I walked past Bono..;) Keith
Urban was backstage on his cell and i really wanted to say hi, but I
didn't want to be rude! Taylor swift came up to me afterwards and said
that she really loved the performance..which was cool..;) I got to meet
one of my idols...BB King, I have been listening to him since i started
playing guitar! so awesome.. he was very gracious and let me get a
photo with him.
I am sending my thoughts and prayers to everyone that has been affected by the devastating bushfires back at home in Australia.
